Payment & Carriage Overview We accept On-Line Payments with PayPal Express Checkout, Visa, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, Delta, Mastercard, Switch & American Express cards.

Shipping Information Goods are normally dispatched via Express Delivery, which costs £9.00 and is normally a next working day service. No orders are dispatched or delivered at weekends. However, you may choose a cheaper delivery option in the form of the standard delivery Service, which costs £7.00 and is a 3-5 working day service. To do this, when you get to the 'Checkout' pages just change the £9.00 Carriage charge to £7.00. Note: This cheaper carriage option is not available on Rod purchases. All deliveries must be signed for - our courier will not leave deliveries 'by the back door' for example! If you are a local customer and wish to purchase on-line but collect your goods from the shop, just place your order on-line as normal, but change the delivery charge to NIL, and in the "delivery special instructions" box enter "WILL COLLECT ORDER IN PERSON TUES 27th (for example)". Collection of this type of order is required within 7 days of the order being placed. All shipping costs apply to England & Wales. Internet orders are automatically dispatched via Express Courier Service (normally a next working day service) unless you request otherwise. Please note that all orders must be signed for on delivery - no goods will be left without an authorised signature. Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & the Isle of Man etc should contact us prior to ordering since the carriage charge may be higher - this is sadly unavoidable since our couriers charge us more to deliver to these areas! In some instances we can use Royal Mail to get around this problem, please contact us to check on the carriage charge before placing your order. When you place an order on our website you will be automatically sent an email confirming your order. We dispatch goods Monday to Friday before 4pm. Goods ordered after this time or over the weekend will be dispatched Monday before 4pm or the next day, which ever comes first. If for whatever reason you would wish to track your parcel we hold tracking codes for every item that has been sent by our couriers. Please Note: ALL Parcels have to be signed for, our couriers will not leave goods without a signiture. In the event of our couriers delivering your items while there is nobody home a card will be left with details of where and how the parcel can be picked up locally.
