Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

When you access the checkout facility a shipping charge (normally £9) will be added to your order prior to you being requested to provide your payment details.

You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail as well as the preferred option of over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling Internet orders are automatically dispatched via Express Courier Service (normally a next working day service) unless you request otherwise. Please note that all orders must be signed for on delivery - no goods will be left without an authorised signature.

Our Express Shipping Charge of £9.00 applies to all of England & Wales.

Alternatively, orders for all goods other than rods can be sent via standard delivery (£7.00), which is a 3 to 5 day service.

***SMALL ITEMS: Terminal Tackle such as Hooks, Swivels etc, or any item that is Jiffy Bag sized will be charged at a reduced shipping cost. If you feel the items that you have ordered will quailfy for this reduced rate please leave the shipping cost blank (£0.00). We will amend the shipping cost and email you to notify you of the amount which in most cases will be under £4.00.

Customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & the Isle of Man etc should contact us prior to ordering since the carriage charge may be higher - this is sadly unavoidable since our couriers charge us more to deliver to these areas! In some instances we can use Royal Mail to get around this problem, please contact us to check on the carriage charge prior to placing your order.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you by the next business day, and will endeavour to process orders the same day where received by noon.

Our Express Delivery is normally a next working day service.

Please note that orders are not dispatched or delivered at weekends.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

We will not charge for items on back order until they are ready to be sent to you.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT has been included in all charges.
Credit Card Security The J&K Website is uploaded to a secure server, providing the 'Padlock' symbol in your browser window. This makes the site much more secure from the threat of hackers etc.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
